We first stop at Skógafoss waterfall where you can walk up to the top of the 60 meter high, thundering waterfall Take an easy hike on the ancient glacier ice of Sólheimajökull glacier with a certified glacier guide. Duration of the Glacier Hike is about one hour. Take a leisurely stroll along the black sand beach of Reynisfjara with its spectacular basalt columns and cave. See Reynisdrangar cliffs and the basalt rock stacks that rise from the sea. We round off this great tour with a stop at Seljalandsfoss where you can walk behind the waterfall.
On a clear day you may have a good view of famous volcanoes, Hekla and Eyjafjallajökull. When we drive under the foothills of Eyjafjallajökull you can get a glimpse of the Westman Islands, rising steeply from the ocean just a few kilometers of the coast.
