Private customized tours can include almost endless options of your choice, but standard inclusions in most private tours are the following: - An experienced English speaking driver/ guide. - A suitable vehicle, a regular sedan, a regular 4x4 vehicle, a Super Jeep, a Van, Mini bus etc. all depending on the tour type. - Accommodation of your choice with breakfast. - Various activities and extra´s tours of your choice at an extra cost can be included as well.

Yes, all private trips can be customized, from rearranging the itinerary and adding nights at hotels to adding activities. Most of our private trips are customized at some level. We offer four accommodation categories Comfort, Comfort PLUS, Quality and Quality PLUS and price for those can be calculated on our website with every standard Private tour. Additionally, we also arrange more luxurious options, like staying in suites. This option needs to be calculated and quoted by our team.

Our Private tours are available all year round (although some specific itineraries are only offered during certain seasons). We have winter tours and summer tours that are available during specific months but the tour can start at any date in the season. We recommend taking a look at the available flights and let that dictate your tour starting date.

Upon arrival you will be met by a private driver who will take you to your accommodation in Reykjavík. You will be free for the rest of the day to explore the Capital. In the morning of Day 2 you will be picked up by your guide to start your exploration of Iceland.

We do not recommend doing more than 1 activity a day. Doing more than one activity a day can create a congested schedule giving you less time to explore and enjoy the sights around Iceland.

We require a 20% deposit upfront and the total balance for the tour is 4 weeks prior to your arrival. We use a secure payment system from Flywire.

We recommend that you first book the tour then book flights. However it is advisable to check on available flights before booking the tour.
